Conference Camp Forms
These forms needs to be filled out for every participant attending a Youth Camp at Pilgrim Point Camps & Retreats (both adults and youth). Note: The Transportation Release and Challenge Course Waiver are needed only for those participating in the Ropes Challenge Course. Bring your church with you for a week or weekend to experience Pilgrim Point! Programming for your camp will be provided by the Camp Program Directors. You can work with Gigi Nauer to decide if you would like to do your own programming or if you would like to do a combination of the two. So download the Reservation Form and get to the Point!

Terms For Use (SAMPLE)
The PPC&R Use Agreement (along with Proof of Insurance) must be received 45 days after it was received by you or 30 days prior to your camp dates. This is posted for your reference, the Use Agreement that you will need to submit can be received from the Pilgrim Point Registrar, Zac Norenberg at email@example.com.
Participant Registration Form (SAMPLE)
This is the form we encourage you to use for getting your camp participants registered. Upon your camp or retreat reservation, a registration form will be made for your church.

Our volunteer hospitality ministry makes all the difference for the events at Pilgrim Point, so we invite you to fill out the 2015 volunteer application to become engaged hands-on in this vital ministry. We hope that you will find enjoyment in this gorgeous outdoor setting, experience the renewing presence of the Holy in the sunrises and sunsets, in the cooling waters of the lake, and in the smiles of those who we serve. Safe Conduct Procedures
In addition to the Self-Disclosure Background Check, in accordance with the Minnesota Conference of the United Church of Christ’s Safe Conduct Policy, all prospective volunteers will undergo a registered sex offender review through www.nsopw.gov.
Additionally, if you are a volunteer leader at Youth Camp, you are required to complete a series of online safety course offered through the Insurance Board and prepared for you by Zac Norenberg. We also urge your participation in the adult leader workday (in spring) which involves training, program development and team building.
