A crowd of over 5,000, march across the Edmund Pettus Bridge from Selma, Alabama Saturday, March 8, 1975. This 10 year anniversary march commemorated the decade of continued struggle for civil rights since the 1965 “Bloody Sunday” where police violently beat protestors marching from Selma to Montgomery for voting rights.
